DIVORCE COURT.
(By Telegraph,) [Per United Press Association.] Napier, Tuesday, The long-pending divorce proceedings, in which Mr and Mrs Joshua, of Spa, Taupo, are concerned, commenced yesterday. Mrs Joshua seeks for a judicial separation on the grounds of her husband's adultery with Miss Keep, of Birmingham, England, and a servant named Tuft, who was in Mr Joshua's service at Spa and Farndon, Mr Joshua seeks divorce on the ground of his wife's misconduct with two young men men named Kennedy and Anderson, Mrs Joshua's petition was taken 6ret, Some letters were put in written by the girl Tnft to Joshua, They were torn up by him and thrown into the waste paper basket at Spa, when he left, with instructions that they should be burned, This was not done, and Mrs Joshua got hold of the pieces, put them together, and got some fairly complete letters, Two witnesses were called, who'jpoketo seeing Joshua and Tuft under suspicious circumstances.
