Writ against the Rev L. M. Isitt for Alleged Libel.

CHRisTonoEon, Tuesday.
A writ has been issued at the instance of Mr Drummond, the landlord of tho Waltbani Arms Hotel, against the Rev L. M. Isitt, editor, and Mr Fraser, the printer of the Prohibitionist, claiming £750 for alleged libel, contained in an article ontitled " Abuse of Government Olomency," appearing in the Prohibitionist of August 27th.
