MAURICEVILLE ATHLETIC CLUB.

Tho sixth annual meeting of the above club was held on the Bth Oct,, , 1892, when the following gentlemen were present:—Messrs G. Gunderson President (in the chair), Geo. Day, Heckler, G, Franklin, F, Kuminer, J, Bannister, and P, Neilsen. The Secretary (Mr J. Bannister) presented the yoarly balance sheet, showing tho dub to bo in a good 1 financial position, having a credit balance of £7 ss, The balance sheet was adopted amidst applause. The coinmittco then went into business and elected the following officers:—President, Mr Gunderson; vice-Presidents, Messrs Heckler, and Baunistcr; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr Goo, Franklin, It was resolved to hold over the election of the remaining officers until the next meeting. Tho following new inembeas were nominated and elected:—Messrs P. Gleeson, J. Glecson, W. Ilaigh, W. Day, E. Brooks, and L. P. L«rsen. It was decided to bold the next meeting on sth November. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr J. Bannister, lato Secretary, and tho retiring officers, a similar compliment being paid to Mr Gunderson, the President, The meeting then adjourned,
