[By Telegraph,-Press Association.] Auckland, Wednesday, Tbe annual meeting of the South British Insurance Company was hold this morning, The balance-sheet showed tlio net revenue for the year to be £199,0329810(1, The Directors recommended a dividend of ten per' cent, per annum for the half year, The Chairman, in moving its adoption, stated that the premium income was about £2,000 larger than the proviotis year, Tl\e amount of losbrs paid was in excess of lust year's payments, inourredin the marine seotion, £20,000 was carried to the resetve fund, which now stands at £30,000. Mr Kirker, the General Mauager of the Company, shortly proceeds to India on the Company's business,
