The adjourned quarterly meeting of the Carterton Borough Licensing Committee was held on Saturday afternoon, all the members being present. Intimation is made in this issue that a grand Sacred Concert will be held in the \tasterton Theatre next Sunday evening by Mr R. D. Campbell, assisted' by the Masterton Orchestra and The Amazon Company. The concert is under the patronage of hit Worship the Mayor, and as a first-class programme of selections is to bo arranged, there will no doubt be a good attendance.
