ThoCowan and Yaugban Company open for a season of six nights at the Masterton Theatre, commencing (his evening. Tho first three nights tho entortaimoiit will bo of the Minstrel type, tho programme being changed caoli evening, and on Thursday, "" Friday and Satuiday the evergreen v Burlesque-Pantomime "Black-eyed-Susan" will be played, with Mies Amy Yaughan in the role of "William," the lover of" Susnn" (Miss May Travers) Mr Harry Cowan as " Dograss" the sneaking vidian, while '■ Dame Hatley," tho eccentric and excitable mother of" William," will he played . by Mr Brandon-Cramer. The other characters will bo suitably and effectively undertaken by members of tbo Company. The pantomime will bo followed each evening by a Harlequinade, introducing clown, pinta loon, oolumbino and harlequin, Although the low prices of 2n, Is, and 6d will be charged for admission, we understand that no expense has been spared by tho management to make their season here a successful one.
