(By Teljgraph,- Press Association). i _ Welunghon, Monday,, At Ipiatua, owing to the rivers being without bridges, the settlers and unemployed working at tho back country, are in great want of food supplied, The Tiraumea river has been infpassable for several days, and horses cannot bo got out to the Makuri and elsewhere.
