Tbe Mastnrton Theatre will be occupied for six nights by the Cowan & Yaughan Amnzon Company, o|ioning on Monday next, 3rd October, with n initial rel and variety cutertainment. The Company, wo arc advised, closo a vory successful Benson at iho Theatro Royal, "Wellington, to-night, and leavo the Empire City by the early train on Monday for Mastcrtou. Tbe organisation comprises sixteen ladies and gentlemen, all well known throughout the Colony as talented artistes On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday a minstrel entertainment will be given, and on tho three following days tho spectacular burlesque, Black-ejed Susan, will be played, to be followed each oyening by a Harle-quinade-clown, Mr Harry Cowan; pantaloon, Mr A. Brandon-Cramer; Columbine, Miss Amy Vnughim; and Harlequin, Miss Daisy Thornton. The popular prices of 2s, Is, and Gd will be charged for admission; and with such liberal catering for so moderato a scalo of charges, the Company should be reworded with so,no bumper houses during its slay in our town,
