FEATHERSTON.
Fatality at Fmthmton. 1 Accidental Drowning. (From Our Own Correspondent.) The two-year-old daughter of Mi H. A. White was accidentally drownec in it small creek while plnying neai her father's house at Featherston or Tuesday afternoon. Mrs White was nhout to seo if tin children were sale, when ono of them told her that her sister had fallen inio the stream, She immediately wentta ihc spni, nnd with the help of some men who wero attracted by tho cries of distress, conimonced to search. After a short search the body was discovered in a forked log some distance down tho creek. An inquest will bo held this morning,
