SUPREME COURT.
To-Day's Sitting. [By Totugrnph.—pbess association,] Wellington, Monday, In the Supremo Court this morning William Potter, for tbo larceny of a numbor of overcoats from Hie clonk room of the Working Men's Club, was sentenced to twelve months' hard labour. The second charge of larceny of a revolver from a pawnbroker's shop, broke down, the prosecutor being unable to identify the weapon. The charge against Lawson of obtaining money under fake protsnees is now being heard.
