Al, Boss foroarrying on trade on fictitious capital, by means of his clients' moneys, paid into bis own and bis firm's banking accounts and by means of false debit balances.iu the books, wilfully omitting to keep proper books, obtaining credit by means of false pretences and other frauds, misappropriating money received for investment and repay* ment of loans and mortgages. Tnitoe are numerous items in the totalling four to tivo thousand pounds _
