fa Telegraph,—Own Correspondent. Gbeyiows, Monday. A rather serious accident occurred to the wife of tho Eev. W. Rowse, on Saturday evening. At about halfpast seven she was being driven •in a gig from the house of a friend whom she had been visiting. On nearing the residence of Mrs Goode, in Kura» " tawhiti Street, the horse fell, throwing both the occupants of the vehiole violently to the ground. The driver escaped, but Mrs Rowso was more uufortunato, She was oonveyed into thohuuse of Mrs Goode, and everything possible was done to relieve her. Dr Bey was called and discovered that the left arm above the elbow was brokon.
