T Greytown Rifle Club.
A general meeting of the above Club waß held in the Council Chambers) Greytown, last evening, at which there was a fairly large attendance of niembors, Captain Cameron occupied the chair, The following officers were elected as delegates to attend a mooting tn be held at tho Greytown Council Chambers on Friday, 9th September neit, for the purpose of forming a Rifle Association in the Wairarapa; Messrs Cameron (captain), fl. Walden (secretary), and E, R. L. Eutberfurd. The annual meeting of tho Club will be held on the 13th of uoxt month, at
which the Rule Revision Committeo are to report, and the subscriptions will be discussed, Mr George Flux was appointed Club Auditor. Some considerable discussion took place as to the uniform to be used, a sample hat and jacket having been obtained from Wellington. It was at length to have a Norfolk jaokot and Jrfrousers, Canadian hat to match, and laree«buckled black leather gaiters,
