L Dresden Piano Waiehouse V Destroyed.
Heauy Loss Through Smoke and "Sweat."
(Per United Press Association). Dunedin, Friday. A fire occurred at the Dresden Piano Warehouse at eight o'clock this morning. It evidently started in tho fireplace and hud been smnulderfor some hours. The place was ali rinht at 820 last night when locked up. Not much stock was burned, but nearly everything was damaged by smoke and sweat. The estimated loss is between £3OOO and £4OOO. The insurances are £SOOO on the stock in the South British, and £9OO on the building in the National. There is only a smnll loss on the building,
