ARBOR DAY AT GREYTOWN.
Greytown celebrated its third Arbor Day yesterday, crowds of people turning out to see" tho procession, Shortly after one o'clock the school children, carrying banners in their banda, and bended by the Greytown Private Brass Bund, started from St. Luke' 6 Church corner and marched through the town to the planting ground, it., between Mr G. Wyett'j residence ml Mr W. U. Buchanan's Ahikouka station. The Mayor (Mr It, A WaWlin) Rave a short address and planted the first trie. Work was iben proceeded with in earnest, each family present having a tree to plant. The Band rendered musical selections at intervals,
