r..The,;;Greytown Volunteer Fire Brigade's popular concert is to be held in the Palace Theatre to-morrow (Thursday) evening, the proceeds of which will be devoted to'paying off the liability on the engine. The programmo is such as to ensure a good evening's enjoyment, and we hope the efforts ofw those who hays so kindly offered t«,. assist will bo rewarded by seeing the"' hall packed. The Greytown Brigade are well-known for their promptness and willingness, They are generally on the spot almost as soon as they hear the first alarm of the firebell, and certainly should besuppnrted by the public, They do not, howevor, intend to "go round with the hat," but will give an entertainment worth attending un its merits and - which nobody, therefore, should miss, n.
