FEATHERSTON TOWN BOARD.

The usual monthly meeting of the Featherston Town Board was held last night, there being present: Messrs J. G. Cox (chairman), W. Cundy, G. Reynolds, and W. Buclteridge, ' The minutes of the last meeting were read and couGrmed.

Mr A, Urquhart requested that the footpath m front of his house in Drummond-street be repaired. Mr Fellingham requested that a path be formed along Waite-street. It was resolved that notice be given Mr VV, Benton to clear the gorae and lirambles from his section in Wanestreet, tho desired footpath to be formed as soon as possible. It was resolved that a return of unpaid rates be placed on the table next meeting.

Mr Reynolds requested that the water tables and footpath in BrandonStreet be attended to,

It was resolved that Mr Uundy's motion re street lamps stand over,

Mr A, Donald's accouut for work done at the cemetery was passed for payment,
