Edwards, of W.'llinuion, sued Captain F&hibrodt, if the biiiquo 13anca, for £7O lor 800 printed copies of a general average statement, tho vessel having met with au accident on tho voyage out. The captain slated that he had never ordered or received any copies of the statement, or account, and that £2500 was drjioailed with the National Mortgage Company to meet liabilities accruing from the accident. His Worship adjourned the case till 31st August, and ordered the defendant's discharge from custody. Sir Robert K'om staled that if judgmeut went for defendant ho would sue for damages,
