j The Times, referring to to Mr Dibb's letter in defence of his colony, declares that his figures show that New South Wales is amply able to meet her liabilities, aod the same is applicable to other colonies. It would be a good thing if Mr Dibbs would speak out as to the present position of the question, as to the common belief "!iat no more immigrants are wanted by the colonies.
