(Tornblow for printing tbe balance sheet was accepted. OENeitAL, It was resolved, on the motion of MrD. Guild, to pay the entrance fees due to tbe Wellington Society and to inform that body that tbe Association bad not been aware of the liability. An account from the Wairarapa Standard was referred to the late Seoicary to be paid ifconreofc. THE NEW SITE, In answer to Mr Guild the Chairman stated that the Site Committee had met and interviewed Mr Beard, who had withdrawn his statement as to tlio • necessity for a peraonal guarjoteeand accepted the offer of the Committee to pay £2OO down. As soon us the seal was to hand tbe necessary artioles would be signed. • THE next bhow. Mr James Sfcnckey moved, " That the ooxt show be held on the new show ground." Although the erection of yards would bo expensive, the fittings would bo permanent. Mr William Perry wished to know how the funds of tbe Society stood. The Chairman elated that after paying off the £2OO tbe Society would have about £76 in hand. He thought they would be able to raise JSISO in subscriptions. Mr Stuckey Baid it was' quite possible for the work to be done, it would be well, while the matter was atill warm, 1o canvas for subscriptions. The resolution of Mr Stuckey was seconded by Mr Btempa, who expressed the opinion tbat the show should bo held if possible on the new ground.

Mr Guildsaid the question appeared to be whether the Society should raise money by debenture or by subscriptions. Be was himself in favour of (he latter coarse. _ After some disouasion the resolution waa put and carried. The ways and meana for holding the show on the new grounds waß left, in the hands of the General Committee, INCOnPOBATtON. The proclamation appearing in the Gazette, incorpordiing the Association, was read. HEW MEMBERS. The following new members were elected : Messrs W,G. Foster(Wellington), A. Aiattbewg, J. Gleesoo, T. H. Thompson, A; Vennell, A. Bender-1 son, W. Harris, and C. T. Natusoh. BALAROE IS BAKK, On the motion of Mr Guild tlie General Commitiee waa empowered to devote the £75 (balance in Bank) to erecting fences, etc., on the new show ground. FINANCE COMMITTEE. The President, Vioe-Presidents, and Mr JJowea were appointed a Finance Committee, and the President and one of thitt Committee authorised to si/;n cheques. AGRICULTURAL COSPEIIBHCE. A number of copies of the proceedings at the recent Agricultural Oonferensa, were received with thanks, and a. Committee consisting of the President and Messrs Stucltey, Guild, Lowes W.
