OPENING OF PARLIAMENT.
The Address-m-Reply. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wellington, Thursday. The weather piomweß to be wet for the opening of Parliament at 2,80. It is raining slightly now (10 a.m.) Later, Mr Dignan will second the Address-in-Reply in the Council. Mr Barni cost will bo asked to move it, but in the event of his declining, Sit Patrick Buckley will probably move it himself.
