The Supreme Court was occupied this. morning with the Eketahuna murder case against Smith and Harrison, who havo already been triecl twice, the jury each time disagreeing, On this occasion the prisoners are being tried separately, Smith, against whom the evidence ib supposed to be Stronger, is now in the dock, The earing is expected to last two days in eachcase.j / ;' : ?i. ; : \_\ ■
