In the production of lira Frances Hodgsop Burnett's . pretty -" drfunal L "Little Lord Fauritleroy" iD the! *» Theatre Royal last night, ilie DobsonKcnnedy Copipany quite excelled themselves,'' The Rudience was again - large, and demonstrated itsapprecla tion of tbe splendid acting, of the Company in a more enthusiastic manner than on any previous even.. ing. So chtrmingly beautiful was the production that the principals had perforce to appear before the curtniti at tbe close of each act. Of " Little Lord Fauntkoy" it would be impossible to find a better repreeentativo than Ruby Kennedy, Since
her last appearance in Masterton this obarmiug little oreaturo has wonderfully improved, and is. now a perfect gem of an aotross, The whole of the characters iu last night's piece wero well sustained, particularly those of MrsErrol, Mr Hobhs, Mr Haverßuam and the Earl' of Dorincourt, Mr Collet Dobsou'a aoting in the latter part being much admired. The piece ran smoothly from beginning to end, and the unanimous opinion was that it was one of the prettiest little dramas ever produced in Masterton.
