The annual meeting of the Masterton Agricultural and Pastoral Association was held in the Club Hotel yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon, the President, Mr A. W. Gave occupying the ohair. A communication was received from .Mr Hogg, M;H,R,, to the effect; that the Association would be 'forthwith, incorporated Mr Qawith asked if it was the wisb of the Society that a guarantee should be given ..by the Trustees' to' Mr M'Kehzie in the matter of the .new show ground.—Mr E. Meredith stated that the Association being incorporated the necessity for Trustees no longer existed.—lt was resolved.- to

It was decided to hold another meeting on Saturday, June 18th, to receive the balance sheet and transact other business.
