To manage and deal with any land or propcity which may como into the possession of the Association as security for any debt in such manner as to the Directors shall Bcem fit, with asjfull powors as any individual v ould havo in like case, (p.) To construct, carry out, maintain, improvo, manage, work, control, and superintend any stores, factories, warehouses, and other buildings, works, plants, and machinery, which may seem directly or indirectly conducive to any of the Association's objects, and to contribute to, subsidise, or otherwise assist or take part in any such operations or concerns. 1 1 Q.)
