A deputation of the Pharmacy Board waited on the Hon Mr MeKenzie, urging the delaying of opera* » tion of tbe Order-in-Council relative to tho Bale of strychnine and arsenic until the new Poisons Pharmacy Bill, which the Board introduce in tb e ensuing session and which has been approved by all tho chemists in the Colony, has been considered, This Bill allows the sale of poisons only by registered chemists, Mr UcKenzie requested that the matter should take the form of a petition, which he would present to the Colonial Socre • tary.
