[To the Editor.] Sir,—l had intended to Imve jninded you a letter i'or insertion in your paper of to day, giving your leaders my opinions in detail or explanatory , of tho motion introduced by Mr O. Pragnell at the last meeting of the ■ Mutual Improvement Society at Hie Wesleynn schoolroom, via: " Would it not be a benelit to change tho working of this Society into that of a Parliamentary Association?"or words to thateflect; but as the matte, so far as I am given to understand, is not as yet •finally disposed of, I will defer my intention for a while until I have witnessed the final result.
