[Br Telegraph,—Press Association.] Blasted and Baaquottod. y*i Nelson, Thursday. Captain Falconer has been most successful in the removal of the rocks impeding the entrance to the harbour, and last night was entertained at a dinner at the Club, when the Mayor and citizens presented him with an address and a marble clock.
