Lowes and. lorn' Stock sale Report* At our sale yesterday we' have' to report a better tone throughout for •. good sheep arid oattle, and althoughthe former did not rise inprice, previous prices were maintained with." more energy. Whilst, oattle showed, some improvements in' all classes, it was especially observable in fats. We quote fat wethers,- medium, 18s; shorn wethers, 10s to 12s, all 2-toptbß} lambs, 8s for culls to 15s Id; for best < woolly; breeding ewes, 10s to lis 8d; for medium old, 7b to 8s 6d; bulls, 4s 6d to 6s fid; small factory calves, 28s, better grown from 83s to 89s; dairy ■ cowa up to £4 15s; breeding cows. 61b to 655; fat heifers, 80s; cows up: to £slos; 2| year old steers up to 80s. A good number uf horses .were offered, but few selling, Haokß from £6 to £l2; pair roan buggy horses with harness, £16.. ■Porkers sold, well; small pigs lower in prices.
