Paris, March 16, In consequence of the threats of the Anarchists, the" number of son•tries guarding public buildings in the city has been doubled, Brusselb, March 17, Three Belgian Anarchists have been sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment for stealing 72,000 dynamite car-i tridges. March 17. The timely discovery of gun-cotton by an official prevented an explosion in a house in Paris. The police seized chemical apparatus and electric coils in the house of the anarchists arrested this week, but no dynamite. Five arrests have been made in all.
The authors of the explosion at XiOban Barracks are not yet arrested.
