Motol aai Mount Bailor Block.
A sale of land in the North-east Puketoi was held at the Crown Lands Office yesterday, with very satisfactory results. Under the perpetual lease system 2918 acres were applied for, and IGBO acres under the defers red payment system. In cases where the applications conflicted a ballot was held. It is understood that the whole of the applicants are bona fide setters, On Tuesday last 8015 acres under tho perpetual lease, and 450 aores under the deferred payment system in the Mount Baker Block, North Wnirarapa County, were disposed of,
