Mffdoat for tho Plaintiffs. ] In the R,M. Court, Masterton, this • morning, before Colonel Roberts/ R.M., judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the oase Bowerman Bros, . v. Jil. Ji. Chamberlain, a olaim for £7 103 for twenty-eight numbers of the Pioturesque Atlas, with costs. His Worship stated that he did not consider the evidence of the defendant as to misrepresentation sufficiently strong. Mr Pownall received judgi* ' merit for the plaintiffs and Mr Beard for the defendant. The costs in several other oaseß were also fixed by the Court,
