Eketahuna, Friday (noon), The murder case was resumed this morning before Colonel Roberts, R,M„ Inspector Thompson appeariog on behalf of the Police, Mr Gully for tho Crown, and Mr Coates on behalf of the prisoners, The evidence of A. Smith, W. E. Bono and F, White was the same as at the inquest. Constable Roche is now being ex* amined,
The prisoner Smith seems to fee Bis position very keenly.
