There are very few in Misterton who do not remember'' Johnny" Fulton, the precocious son of tho Rev. D. Fulton, who was for some years Presbyterian minister here. The offer has not, as yet, been accepted. The Western Silver Mining Company, Zeehan, is reported as looking well, and the manager of this mine has a high opinion of the Great Eastern, which has just been floated into a company alongside of it. MrO.Gr,Tully, ofthe Table' Lands, Lower Valley, was fined £7 and costs at Greytown yesterday, for failing to destioy the rabbits on his property to the satisfaction of Inspector Harvey.
