A Oaklo Bspl&lseA[By Telegraph,] (Per Press Association.) • Dunedin, Tuesday, The genoral manager of the National Mortgage Coy lies received a cable advice to the effect that at the annual meeting in London last week the small shareholders proposed a liquidation or incorporation with & larger Company, to which the Chairman replied that neither tie board nor larger shareholders had any thought of liquidation. On tho contrary they were in a position and prepared to take over the small concerns if the opportunity arose, This explains Saturday's cable.
