HOSPITAL TRUSTEES.

The Masterton Hospital Trustees met in the Institute yesterday afternoon, there being present Messrs J. O.Boddington, J. B, Keith, B.P. Perry, G..8. W. Dalrymple, W. H. Beetham, anil the Eev.,). M'Kemia. On the motion of Mr Keith, seconded by. the Eev, J. M'Kenna, Mr J, 0. Boddington was re-elected chairman for the'current year. The Treasurer, reported a credit balance of £22116s Id, ; ' A. circular was received from the inspector of Hospitals,' containing an extract from the Gazette with regard to the regulations for the admission of patients to tho Eotorna Sana* toriura,—Eeceived,

The Hospital diary for the month was read.

The following accounts were passed for payment;—B. F. Temple &Co,, £6 Os fid; Chamberlain Bros.,£l lis Id ; H. Jones, £1 12s 9d; Kemytliorne, Prosser & Co., £2lßs; John Hayes, £1; Mrs Cole, 6s; W, Perry, £4 4s lOicl; J. Payton&Co., £ll9s 6d, The Chairman, in answer to Mr Dalrymple, stated that Messrs Kempthorne, Prosser & Co.'s account was for instruments procured by Dr Hosing- ' ; Tho Custodian reported that at the last meeting there were in the hospital six males and two females. Three males and two females had been admitted during the month, four males and one .female had boen discharged, and there now remained five males and two females in the institution. Mr B. P. Perry was appointed visiting member for the month, and the meeting adjourned.
