To manage and deal with nny land or property whioh maycomeiii io the possession of the Association as security for any debt in such manner as to tlic Directors shall seem fit, with as tul powers as an individual would lmve in liko case, (v.) To constiuct, carry out, maintain; im prove, manage, work, control,, and super intend any Btores, factories, warehouses,and other buildings, work', plants, and ' machinery, which may seem directly or indirectly eonducivo to any of the Association's objects, and to contribute to, subsidise, or otherwise assist or take part in any such operations or concerns.
