(Before Mr H. S. Wardell, R.M.) F. Sunkell v. James Hodder. Mr Beard for plaintiff, Mr Acheson for defendant. Claim £2 16s 2d, for work done. Mr Acheson applied for an adjournment on acooont of the ill-health of his client. The application was granted without oosts. There were several other cases which had been settled oat of Court.
