T. K. Macdonald'a Liabilities.

Tile schedule of tbe liabilities and assets of Mr T. Kennedy Macdonald was filed in the Supreme Court on Saturday morning. It is as follows : Liabilities.— Secured creditors Wellington Trust and Loan Curapany (Ltd.), £9870, security valued at £16,300 ; Colonial Bank of New Zealand, £8412, security Talued at £15,517; F. R. Mncdonald, £5007, security valued at £1000; F. R. Mac donald and R. Greenfield, £750, security valued at £945; T. G. MacarVny (security second mortgage), £450, security valued at £6180; Ge*r, £BSO, security valued at £IOOO. After dtducting the second mortgages, which necessarily appear twice in the statement, the secured creditors show a total of £24,889, against which they bold assets of the value in nil of £31,032, leaving a surplus of £6193 The list of unsecured creditors is as follows :—Personal debts—W. The book debts are estimated to realise £l4oo,and the surplus from properties in the hands ot the secured creditors £6193, making a total of L 7953, against unsecured creditors L 2918, or a total surplus in the estate of L 4674.
