Butement, J.P's, the Bench btated that after careful consideration of the case in all its bearings they thought the ends ot justice would be served by the unanimous decision they had come to that the case be dismissed. The accused was thjn discharged Mr Buntiy ' received judgmeut on behalf of Messrs pownall aud Skerrfett Jbr the glajiitifik, and Mr Beard for the aecuijsei}. -
