Sensational Incident at a Council IffMtiSff.
Auckland, November 24.
An eccentric settler of Lake Takapuna, Mr E. Harrow, caused somewhat of a sensation by appearing at a meeting of the Davenport Borough Council, and, taking a human skull and some bones from a kit, and throwing them on the table, he said that a murder had been committed, and demanded an enquiry. The bones and skull were removed by the police.
