Sxtaulon of Time for Return.
[Bv Telegraph.]
(United Press Association.) • Wellington, Friday. Owing to the largo number of complaints received, protesting against the Bhort time allowed in which to forward returns under the Land and Income Tax Act, the Commissioner of Taxes has extended the time for making the returns from the 28th inst until December 81st. This extension, in addilon to being a convenience to those who hare to fill up the returns, will give better facilities to assessors, who were Appointed rather late.
