Breach of borouuh bt-laws. Thomas Column was charged with allowing his chimney to become foul, and pleading guilty was fined 2s and 2s COStS.

J. W. Lang was charged with allowing a live fence to overhang Johnston St. The defendant pleaded not guilty, stating thai he was not owner or occupier of the property. On the defendant paying the costs, 15s, the case was withdrawn.
