THE IRISH DIAMOND.
To night tbo Theatre Royal will be opened by the Foley's in a domeitio comedy entitled the "Irish Diamond," a piece written especially by the [popular dramatic author the late Dion Bouicault for his wife, Miss Agnes Robertson. Mr Bouicault's favorite dramas " The Shaughraun" "The Colleen Bawn" and other pieces have such a world renowned name that there is no dcnbt " The Irish Diamond " will be equal to his other works. The piece is in the hands of Mr J. W. D. Foley, who plays the leading part of " The Irish Diamond," and whose Irish characters are so well known. There is no doubt the part will be played well by such an actor as Mr Foley. Mrs Foley is also in tbe caste, and is an elocutionist of do mean ability. The rest of the com" pany fill up the caste, and the curtain will rise this evening on one of the prettiest Irish dramas staged in Master ton for a long time.
