Dagg, Masterton, and is out of his prize mare Grace, bv Lord Nelson. Grace cut of Jenny, by Young Trince Chnrley. Jenny was bred by Mr A. Coc'tburn, Manaia, and is out of Jess by Young Lofty. Grace was only exhibited once when .she gained first as a two year old. Jenney Masher's grand dnm was only exhibited three time.", gaining thrve Brat and two special priyes. Lord Nelson was wellknown to breeders in the "Wairarapa, and gained many honours in the show ring, not oply here, but in the South Inland. The Masher gained first prize in Masterton in 1885 also Mr Lawrence's special of IT) for the best foal by Lord Nclbon, and in 188G he gained first at Carterton. It is needless to say any more as the above named horses were so well and favorably known in the Wairaiapa, is in tself a sufficient guarantee to breeders. The Mather will travel to Greytown on Tuesdays and Masterton on Thursdays, and the rest of the week at his owner's stables, l'ark Road, Carterton.
