In the R.M. Court this morning, S before Colonel Roberta. R.M., and Messrs J. Gardiner and J. Butement, J.P.'s, Murdock McEenzie was charged with having farged the name of J* , Duckett to a Road Board receipt vtjL£7 4s. T*

Mr Beard appeared for the prosecution and Mr Pownall for the defendant. Mr Beard stated he did not intend . to call the person whose name waa forged in this case.

Similar evidence to that in the

previous cases was given.

The case was proceeding as we went to press.
