Owing to the increase in the price of grain, the London bakers have advanced the price of the quartern loaf Jd. Arrangements are being made for a good collection of English pictures being sent to Launceston Exhibition. Severe south and westerly gales have been experienced in the Channell, and several wrecks are reported.
