WELLINGTON BOTANIC GARDENS VESTING
BILL. The Priyate Bills Committee re* commended that thia Bill be allowed to proceed, the Standing Orders having been complied with.
THORNDON ESPLANADE BILL. The Private Bills Committee reported that the Standing Orders had been oomplied with and thej recommended the Bill be allowed to proceed. The Premier moved that the local bills be given precedence,to-day, which was agreed to.
FEMALE SUFFRAGE BILL. Mr Blake tabled a motion to the effect that this Bill shall not come into operation until after the 81«t Marob, 1894.
KBW BILL. jd The Borough Reserves Vesting and Sale Bill was introduced by the Minister for Lands, and read a third time.
AMSNDMENT3. The amendments made by the Legislative Council in the River Boards Act Amendment Bill, the Book Purchasers Protection Bill, and the Lunatics Aot Amendment Bill, were agreed to.
ELECTORAL BILL. This Bill was disoussed, and a, , number of amendments made, *
