Wklmhotoh, Thursday. The case wherein John Fabian claims damages from the Greytown Borough Council to the extent of two hundred pounds for the removal of fencing in the opening up of a road way through his property at Papawai, will now probably reaoh the Coin of Appeal, which sits in the recent hearing it will be remembered a verdict was given for the defendant body. Mr Fabian was, however, in Wellington yesterday, and has now instructed his lawyers to move in the direotion indicated.
