An order wa3 made for the payment of the amount within seven days of service, in default seven days' imprisonment. Same v.Henry Westbrbok. Claim on judgment summons. Mr Pow* nail for plaintiff. An order was made that the amount be paid within sever days of service of notice, in default seven days' imprisonment.
